Payments are accepted by PayPal.

If you do not have a PayPal account, do not worry as this payment option can also be used for one-off debit and credit card payments.

Payments can be accepted by bank transfer by prior arrangement before purchase.

Payment can be made in the form of Silver Dragonfly gift vouchers. Please contact me if you wish to spend your voucher.

Products will be wrapped, gift boxed and packaged in a padded envelope.
Products are shipped at a flat rate of MYR10 within Malaysia.
Products are posted using a tracked postal system to ensure peace of mind that your items will arrive securely.
Custom made orders - timescales for delivery will be confirmed, but this is usually around 2 weeks.
I am happy to deliver your items for free, if you live in the Bukit Damansara or Mont Kiara areas. Please select "free delivery "when checking out.
You may also pick up your items for free from my studio. Please select 'self collection' when checking out, and contact me to arrange a mutually agreeable time.

As every product is designed and hand crafted by myself, I hope that you are totally satisfied with every purchase you make.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item.
We can arrange for the order to be returned to me, with all original packaging and in perfect condition within 21 days of receipt. Your money will be refunded, less my shipping costs.
The cost of returning your unwanted item is your responsibility and delivery charges will only be refunded if your item was faulty or damaged.
Unfortunately refunds cannot be made for earrings due to health and safety reasons, or custom made items which have been personalised.
Returning any item will be at your own risk, and should be done using secured delivery methods.
